Tungsten carbide adopts powder metallurgy instead of casting. The whole production flow:
1. Mixing & ball milling of WC powder and binder.
2. Spray granulation to make free-flow powder.
3. Compaction: press powder into green compact blanks.
4. Vacuum sintering at high temperature to densify the blank.
5. Precision CNC grinding, cutting and polishing to meet drawing tolerance.
6. Inspection: density, hardness, metallography test and dimension check.
Sintering is the most critical step, determining internal microstructure. Hebei Zhongci Cemented Carbide Mould Co., Ltd. controls the full production in-house for stable quali
